- 1 cup strong brewed coffee
- 1 banana
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1 Tbsp. cocoa powder
- 1 Tbsp. flaxseeds meal
- 1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 cup soy milk or almond milk
- 1 tsp. honey
- Pour coffee into an ice cube tray and freeze over night.
- Combine all the ingredients in a blender, also include the coffee cubes and blend until smooth.
- Adjust how sweet you want the smoothie.
- And serve.
This is a great breakfast smoothie to start off your day.
