Coffee Smoothie

Yields: 1

  • 1 cup strong brewed coffee
  • 1 banana
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1 Tbsp. cocoa powder
  • 1 Tbsp. flaxseeds meal
  • 1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup soy milk or almond milk
  • 1 tsp. honey
  1. Pour coffee into an ice cube tray and freeze over night.
  2. Combine all the ingredients in a blender, also include the coffee cubes and blend until smooth.
  3. Adjust how sweet you want the smoothie.
  4. And serve.

This is a great breakfast smoothie to start off your day.
